‘Elephant Foot-Print’ Loyalty Scheme

Applying Loyalty ‘Foot-Prints’ to your order

All members can take advantage of our new online ordering loyalty scheme, known as the ‘Elephant Foot-Print Follower’.

1. In order to apply loyalty ‘Foot-Prints’ you must be logged in to your members account.
2. You will only be able to apply your ‘Foot-Prints’ once you have spent a total of £20.00 or more. Your loyalty ‘Foot-Prints’ will not be available to spend on your first order.
3. You can apply your ‘Foot- Prints’ to the total amount of your order. However, your order total must be greater than £5.00 after any discounts have been applied if you want to pay online through our payment gateway provider.
4. Each ‘Foot-Print’ is currently worth 25p
5. Every time you spend £5.00 online you will accumulate 1 ‘Foot-Print’. You can only accumulate new ‘Foot-Print’ on order amounts before the discount has been applied.
6. The maximum number of ‘Foot-Prints’ you can accumulate at any one time are 100 so remember to use your ‘Foot-Prints’ when ordering before you reach this limit.
